Hollywood Goes Green
EMA AWARD NOMINEES ANNOUNCED

 

( HOLLYWOOD, Calif.)—The Environmental Media Association (EMA) Awards honor the creative teams behind film and television programs that influence greater environmental awareness and proactive change by incorporating positive environmental messages in their work. Cindy Horn and Lyn Lear, EMA’s Founders, will receive the EMA Board of Directors Ongoing Commitment Award for their lifelong dedication to the environment and their humanitarian lifestyle. The EMAFutures Award will be given to Cassidy & Cody Horn and Ben Lear for their growing environmental commitment and activism.

The Honorable Al Gore will deliver the keynote address and present the EMA Board of Directors Ongoing Commitment Award. In keeping with the “family” theme, Tipper Gore will introduce her husband. All of the celebrity presenters will be “parent/child” teams.
