Kyra Sedgwick and NRDC’s Leila Monroe teamed up on MSNBC’s Morning Joe to discuss the dangers of plastic being discarded into the ocean. Not only does it pollute the waters, plastic is being ingested by fish — fish that can end up on our dinner plates.

Started a non-profit organization, Recycle for Jobs Inc. in Phoenix Arizona last month to protect the environment by keeping plastic recyclable materials out of the landfill. Recycle for Jobs Inc. provides a FREE recycle service to businesses who are faced with extreme challenges due to city, county, and state regulations. We pick-up bags of recyclable plastic containers, rinse and crush them prior to delivery to a recycling company for a cash.
During the first month, we collected 2,300 plastic milk jugs from just 4 coffee shops, with 2 person operation. With this result, we will continue our operation because there are 100+ coffee shops in our city, so do the math.
SInce our operation is in its infancy, we need financial assistance to hire more personnel to support our mission “Protect the Environment”. We will greatly appreciate any assistance and guidance that you can provide our organization.
Thank you!
